Register to Attend GAME XV
Registration for GAME XV is now open. The event will be held March 19-20, 2026 in New York City. We are offering a special discounted rate for all attendees who register before the deadline of February 23, 2026. Standard registration fees will apply thereafter. Please note event registration closes on March 2, 2026 and there will not be an opportunity to register on-site.

Group Registration
There will be an opportunity to add a group of additional faculty or student attendees during the registration process. The total group fee will be charged at the end of the process.

Payment Policy Cancellation & Refund Policy
Credit Card and E-check payments are accepted. Cancellation with refund requests must be submitted by email to qgame@qu.edu prior to February 23, 2026 and are subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. Cancellations will not be permitted after this date; however, substitutions are allowed.
